last willow picnic

this was quite possibly our last picnic at our willow tree in oklahoma and it was the best last picnic ever. we picked up chicken fried steaks from cracker barrel and even made a pitcher of mimosas to bring with us. we werent really thinking when we ordered two chicken fried steak orders though. we both ended up being stuffed and would have felt better had we shared one. oh well, there is always next time! we ate our food while listening to pink floyd and laid in the grass for almost two hours. it was the most amazing feeling ever. and what made it even better was that i was able to wear my hat for the first time this season! i even brought bob along with us. bob is my purple anthropologie giraffe that handsome got me for my recovery and i love him. although i will miss our willow tree a lot because it represents and means so much to me, i am excited about finding another picnic location that we will love just as much or even more.
