along with handsome visiting me, i have also been lucky enough to have an extremely supportive family to help me out too. my mom came up for a few days and my dad came up when she left. during my day of rest (i felt surprisingly well), we went on a very successful adventure to my absolute favorite salvation army. i will share the treasures we found later! we also went to eat at nic's, the amazing burger place i have talked about before. just like anticipated, my mom loved it! and i loved it too. and so did handsome. we also ate a super delicious pizza from a place we had never tried before called joey's pizzeria. we got the bianca neve pizza that has chopped baby spinach, fresh garlic, smoked bacon, feta, mozzarella, and alfredo sauce. it was sooo good! i ended up walking by joeys pizza on the way to the art festival and it looks super cute.
my amazing sister sent me up a beautiful lavender plant shaped into a tree and peeps! i have only eaten a few of them. i have no idea how i have refrained!
